We want you to be fully satisfied with your Tern gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your cycling lifestyle, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that bicycles must be in original condition and returned through an authorized Tern dealer to ensure safety and quality standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and small components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Tern

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location or your local Tern dealer as specified in your instructions.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
